We are known to manufacture one of the best quality HDPE/PP woven sacks Inks, for which we not only produce 100 % scratch proof resistance, but also excellent tape test results. We offer ASTM D- 4236, EN 71- 3 regulations approved Inks.
We have been supplying BOPP Inks (Extrusion Lamination) to Hyderabad namely to Sukhjika Impex Pvt Ltd, Mansarovar Poly Pack in bulk quantity, also to Supreme and to other states & cities like Pune, Gujarat, Punjab and all because we consistently maintain the bonding strength best in the business, as our inks bonding strength is better then our competitors, the strength of our ink is 67 Units.
For our BOPP Inks we recommend Reducer combination which is
60 % Toluene & 40% MEK
Or
75 % Toluene & 25% MEK
Besides that we also have Inks which can be used for PP Outside Lamination Without Corona.
We have also developed Water Based Inks for PP Woven Sacks which we have tested at our end and also been trial & tested with some of our esteemed customers which have given a good response to our product.
